We build custom software and integrate established platforms. Inventory, custody tracking, field operations, and internal tooling — for teams whose workflows don't fit off-the-shelf ERP and for teams whose do.
Oxenex builds software because we needed software. Our own field operations required inventory tracking, custody handoffs, job scheduling, and documentation that no off-the-shelf ERP handled well. We built what we needed. Then clients started asking if we could build it for them too.
Today our software practice covers two things:
We also run two in-house products that clients can licence: ARfa (work and enterprise orchestration) and kupAR (inventory and custody management). Both are built on the patterns we developed for our own operations.
Clients in our software practice typically share a pattern: physical assets, moving teams, and a workflow that doesn't fit a pure office software model. Construction, logistics, field service, critical infrastructure. Off-the-shelf ERP assumes data entry discipline that field teams don't have; we design around that reality.
If your current system is a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group, we've probably built you before.
A typical engagement: a short discovery week where we observe operations, identify the core workflow that's currently failing, and propose either a custom build or a platform implementation path. Build in phases, deploy incrementally, maintain long-term. We don't disappear after launch.
Our in-house orchestration platform. Scheduling, dispatch, and real-time crew coordination. Built for our own operations, now available to clients.
Inventory and custody tracking with confidence-based location modelling. Handles the reality of field operations where scans are missed and things move.
